Bedford, OH (March 15, 2024) – A motor vehicle accident was reported in the Bedford area on Wednesday afternoon, resulting in injuries. The Bedford Police Department received calls for assistance at around 3:15 p.m. on March 13.
According to local law enforcement, a red 2019 vehicle and a silver 2016 Acura TSX were both traveling east on Grace Street. As the vehicles proceeded forward, the front driver-side tire of the red vehicle blew off the vehicle and struck the Acura TSX. The impact of the crash caused the driver of the Acura TSX to lose control of their vehicle and strike a white 2020 Chevrolet Tracker. Injuries were reported in the accident. Emergency medical services responded to the scene to render aid to 47-year-old Edwaun Williams and 39-year-old Christina Broad. The two victims were transported to Marymount Hospital for emergency treatment. At this time, the incident is under investigation.
