Cuyahoga Co, OH (September 27, 2021) – An 11-year-old was stabbed while at a haunted house in Cuyahoga County on Saturday, September 18.
The incident took place at the Cuyahoga County Fairgrounds late that evening. Emergency responders were sent to the scene at around 8:15 p.m. Officials of the Berea Police Department were notified of a child that was stabbed at the 7 Floors of Hell attraction.
The victim was reportedly approached by a roaming actor in the haunted house. The culprit was using a knife as a prop and was attempting to scare the boy. The actor began stabbing the ground and accidentally stabbed through the victim’s shoe.
The victim was treated at the scene by attending medical personnel. No further updates have been provided.
