Cleveland, OH (October 10, 2023) – A speeding vehicle crashed into two pedestrians on Sunday morning, leaving them both seriously injured.
At around 8:15 a.m. on October 8, the Cleveland Police Department and firefighters were called to the scene of an accident that took place on Garden Valley Avenue.
According to official reports, an elderly man and a 2-month-old baby were traveling in the 7700 block of Garden Valley Avenue when they were both struck by a vehicle. The vehicle, which was traveling approximately 80 miles per hour at the time of the accident, fled the scene.
The two pedestrians suffered serious injuries in the crash. Both victims were transported to local hospitals for emergency care.
