Mr. Joseph earned a Bachelor’s degree at Bowling Green State University and went on to earn a law degree at Cleveland-Marshall College of Law. To remain current on the law and the legal system, Mr. Joseph maintains membership in key legal organizations such as the American Association for Justice, the Ohio Association for Justice, the Ohio State Bar Association, and the Cleveland Metropolitan Bar Association.
In addition to trying cases as a lawyer, Mr. Joseph acts as an arbitrator in Cuyahoga County. He has lectured on topics such as insurance law, successful negotiation, the art of settlement and starting your own law firm. He has participated in the Cleveland Homeless Legal Assistance Program.
