Red-Light Crashes in Ohio
There is only so much that traffic signals can do to prevent a fatal collision. According to national statistics, red-light runners cause hundreds of deaths each year across the country. These types of collisions are among the most dangerous, accounting for more than half of all serious injuries and a fourth of all fatalities on the road.
Car accident victims frequently struggle to understand their rights in time to defend themselves after a collision, and the moments following a collision are crucial in determining whether or not your compensation claim will be successful. The majority of people are unaware of state laws, insurance coverage, or what to do if they are injured in a car accident, which can be a roadblock in filing a personal injury claim. Fortunately, you are not required to pursue a personal injury claim on your own; instead, you can hire an experienced attorney to assist you in recovering lost compensation. A Cleveland personal injury attorney can assist you in filing a claim and recovering damages such as medical bills, lost wages, and other losses.
