Cleveland, OH (April 25, 2024) – At around 2:40 p.m. on April 23, officers with the Cleveland Police Department and local firefighters were called to the scene of a collision that occurred in the North Collinwood neighborhood.
Official reports indicate that a collision occurred on Waterloo Road near Calcutta Avenue. Officials arrived at the scene and located the involved vehicles blocking multiple lanes of traffic.
