Motorcycle Accidents in Ohio
Weekly, more than 1,400 individuals sustain injuries in automobile incidents across Ohio. While the majority of these incidents result in minor harm, numerous victims find themselves dealing with traumatic injuries that have lasting impacts on their health and well-being. Severe auto accidents force victims into local hospitals, where they undergo emergency medical treatment, enduring immediate pain and suffering. Many are subjected to multiple surgeries, extended rehabilitation, and therapy, and, unfortunately, some can never return to work due to the severity of their injuries. When motorcyclists are involved in these accidents, the chances of severe and fatal injuries are dramatically increased.
The regrettable reality is that motor vehicle accidents are often avoidable. Driver error is responsible for over 83% of accidents in the United States. Drivers who operate under the influence, engage in distracting behaviors, disregard traffic signals, and partake in other reckless actions not only jeopardize their own lives but also pose a risk to others. In certain instances, victims may have legal recourse against those responsible for their injuries.
