Fatal Head-On Crashes in Ohio

The majority of these collisions are caused by drivers who swerve into opposing traffic lanes due to distraction or negligence. When a driver merges into opposing traffic, he or she runs the risk of colliding head-on with another vehicle, which can be deadly even at low speeds.
