Fatal Head-On Collisions in Ohio
Head-on collisions account for more than 10% of all road deaths each year, accounting for only 2% of all registered auto accidents. The majority of these accidents are caused by reckless or distracted drivers who swerve into opposing traffic lanes. When a driver merges into opposing traffic, they risk colliding head-on with another car, which can be fatal even at low speeds.
When a loved one’s life is brutally cut short due to someone else’s recklessness, family members are devastated. Healing may be a challenging task for those left to pick up the pieces. People are grieving for a number of reasons, and the last thing on their minds is usually a lawsuit.
