Lorain, OH (March 28, 2022) – A driver was killed after being involved in a collision with a fire truck in the Lorain area on Saturday morning, March 26. The deadly crash was reported on E. 28th Street near Toledo Avenue at around 3 a.m.
The victim was traveling in a passenger car when they collided head-on with a fire truck from the Lorain Fire Department. The motorist suffered fatal injuries and was pronounced dead at the scene. The identity of the deceased victim has not been revealed at this time.
