Joseph T. Joseph, Sr.
Lead Investigator
Joseph T. Joseph, Sr. is the lead investigator at Joseph Law Group, performing several essential duties that ensure our attorneys have all the pertinent information at their disposal when making their case. Joseph regularly meets with potential clients at their homes and secures representation when there is a feasible claim. He assists in obtaining evidence for cases related to traffic accidents, industrial accidents, and construction site accidents.
As president and owner of Joseph Painting Contractors in Youngstown for over 50 years, Joseph has decades of experience in dealing with insurance adjusters and claims related to property damage. He served on the Executive Committee of The Builders Association and was president of its Painting Contractors chapter. His lengthy history and leadership in the construction industry make him uniquely qualified to help determine liability in construction and workplace injury cases. Joseph has been asked numerous times to serve as an expert witness in construction-related court cases during his career. He has also testified in court as an expert in the field of construction, painting, and general safety matters on construction sites.
Beyond Joseph’s legal investigation and construction career, he is an active community leader. He founded the St. Maron Education Foundation, the Basilica and National Shrine of Our Lady of Lebanon, and the Knights of Saint Maron. Joseph served on the Board of Directors of Antonine Village Nursing Home, on the Advisory Board of Sister Jerome’s Poor, and as president of Mill Creek Children’s Center. In addition, Joseph served as a trustee of the Mahoning and Trumbull County Building Trades Insurance Fund and as chairman, secretary/treasurer of the Mahoning and Trumbull County Joint Trades Board.
