Euclid, OH (October 13, 2023) – A fatal accident reported in the Euclid neighborhood claimed one man’s life.
The Euclid Police Department responded to the scene of the accident on October 11 during the evening hours.
According to police crash reports, a car and a paint truck collided on Interstate 90 in the area near North Lakeland Boulevard. The police responded to the scene of the accident and closed off the roadway in the area between the Ohio 2 split and East 222nd Street. Authorities remained at the scene for approximately three hours as they investigated and worked to clear the road.
Authorities confirmed that one of the people who were involved in the crash was fatally injured. The victim was identified as 51-year-old Donald Ray Mills Thomas of Cleveland, Ohio.
One additional victim was injured in the crash and transported to a local medical facility for emergency treatment.
At this time, the incident is being investigated.
