Cleveland, OH (February 7, 2022) – A woman was killed after being involved in an accident with a snow plow owned by the City of Cleveland on Friday morning, February 4. The deadly crash was reported on Lee Road around 6:22 a.m.
A 2016 Western Star plow truck was clearing the roadway near the McDonalds at the 4100 block of Lee Road. A woman driving a 2012 Subaru attempted to turn into a parking lot on the roadway and was hit by the oncoming plow truck.
The 48-year-old woman was transported to South Pointe Hospital in critical condition. She was later pronounced dead. No further information has been provided at this time.
An ongoing investigation into the deadly crash is underway.
