Cleveland, OH (December 14, 2023) – At least one person was transported to an area hospital with injuries following an automobile accident that took place in the Cleveland area on Tuesday evening, December 12. The Ohio State Highway Patrol was notified of the collision at approximately 5:30 p.m.
According to reports from OSHP, multiple vehicles collided on the southbound side of Interstate 71. The incident blocked several lanes of travel near Ohio State Route 176 S. Multiple vehicles were removed from the scene as a result of the collision. Authorities confirmed that injuries were reported in the accident. Emergency medical services personnel responded to the scene to care for the injured victims. Those who required further care were transported to local hospitals. At this time, the incident is being investigated by the Ohio State Highway Patrol.
