Cleveland, OH (April 25, 2022) – A young child died after being hit by a motor vehicle in the Cleveland area on Sunday night, April 24. The deadly crash was reported at the 4100 block of Bohn Road at around 8:50 p.m.
A dark-colored SUV was traveling on the roadway when it hit a 9-year-old. The at-fault driver fled the scene without providing aid to the injured party. The pedestrian was taken to MetroHealth in critical condition. They were later pronounced dead.
The identity of the deceased party has been withheld at this time. An ongoing investigation into the deadly crash is underway.
