Perry Township, OH (October 19, 2023) – A motor vehicle accident reported on Tuesday morning involving a school bus resulted in injuries for one person.
At around 6:30 a.m. on October 17, the Montgomery County Sheriff’s Office and the New Lebanon Police Department responded to the scene of a crash on North Clayton Road.
Reports show that a school bus and a silver SUV collided on the roadway during the morning hours. The incident prompted emergency officials to shut down a portion of the roadway while providing assistance.
One student was injured as a result of the accident. The victim was transported to Dayton Children’s Hospital, where they underwent emergency treatment.
The Montgomery County Sheriff’s Office is currently investigating the incident.
