Cleveland, OH (April 11, 2024) – The Cleveland Police Department, firefighters, and EMS all responded to the scene of a car crash on Tuesday morning, April 9, that ended in injuries.
According to witness statements, at around 9:55 a.m., a red 2015 Ford Escape was traveling eastbound on Bellaire Road. At the same time, a red 2019 Nissan Sentra was traveling westbound on the roadway. For unknown reasons, the Nissan Sentra crossed over the center lane and collided with the Ford Escape on the driver’s side of the vehicle in the 13600 block of the roadway. The driver of the Ford, 64-year-old Lizandro Orellana, was injured in the crash. He was transported by EMS to Fairview Hospital for medical care. At this time, the incident is being investigated.
