Car Accidents in Ohio
Each year, more than 75,000 individuals suffer injuries in accidents across our state. After these incidents, many victims are quickly taken to nearby hospitals. Despite hoping for a full recovery for everyone involved, the reality often falls short. Those who endure spinal cord injuries, brain trauma, or amputations frequently find it challenging to resume their normal routines. Every year, thousands of people experience severe injuries leading to permanent disabilities, causing lasting pain and preventing them from returning to work.
The difficulties faced by victims extend beyond physical and emotional strains; they also have to deal with substantial medical expenses while their ability to work is compromised. Drivers who drive under the influence, engage in distractions, disregard traffic signals, and participate in other dangerous behaviors not only endanger themselves but also put others at risk. Regrettably, negligence plays a significant role in more than 80% of collisions nationwide.
