Amherst, OH (October 29, 2021) – An explosion at a mobile home park in Amherst left a woman injured on Wednesday, October 27.
The incident occurred at a park located at the 200 block of Birch Drive. Local reports revealed that the explosion took place that afternoon at around 2 p.m. Initial data reveals that the event was caused by a gas leak.
A woman was injured in the explosion. She was transported by ambulance to Mercy Hospital in Lorain for treatment of sustained injuries. At this time, no additional information on the event has been provided.
