Head-On Crashes in Ohio
Head-on accidents are involved in over 10% of all traffic deaths each year but account for fewer than 2% of all recorded automobile accidents. The bulk of these incidents is caused by drivers who veer into opposing traffic lanes due to distraction or negligence. When a motorist merges into oncoming traffic, they run the danger of striking head-on with another car, which is deadly even at modest speeds.
